I am delighted to share with you our new Coastal Partnership East Business Plan for 2022-2025.

We are now facing our greatest challenge, climate change. This plan sets out the work and ambition of our Partnership over the next three years to help our communities deal with the impacts of coastal change.

Partnerships, collaboration and co-creation of approaches are essential to secure better options for those who live, visit and work on our beautiful coast. With this in mind, we very much look forward to working with you to help build resilient coasts across Norfolk and Suffolk.
